Who We Work With
We sit in the middle of two worlds:
- Organisations - charities, social enterprises, funders, churches and ministries who beed funding, systems and people to deliver their mission.
- Professionals-Black and under-represented talent, career-changers and mid-career leaders who want to do work that matters wihout burning out.
Our role is to help both sides grow in clarity, capacity and confidence, so good work can go further.
What We Do

Funding Readiness & Strategy

Helping charities and community organisations understand where they are now, where they need to be, and what funding steps make sense next, from readiness reviews to Cases for Support and focused application support.
Talent & Associate Network

Connecting values-aligned professionals (particularly Black and under-represented talent) with purpose-driven organisations for short-term contracts, project roles and specialist assignments.
Leadership & Mentorship Hub

Supporting Black and under-represented professionals who are “leading from the middle” with mentorship, leadership coaching and practical tools for navigating the charity sector.

Hosting honest conversations, clinics and learning spaces where charities and professionals can exchange experience, ask real questions and grow together.
Meet the Founder
She has worked her way from administrator to senior manager and now leads Leap Impact Consulting – partnering with charities, churches and professionals on funding, strategy and capacity.
Ayoola holds a BSc in Statistics (University of Hertfordshire) and an MSc in Grantmaking, Philanthropy and Social Investment (Bayes Business School). She is passionate about:
- helping small and medium-sized organisations become funding-ready, and
- seeing Black and under-represented professionals step into roles that reflect their gifts, values and impact.
